The StarVedia IP Network Cameras are designed purely for the end-user in mind. Suitable for residential and SOHO deployment. Installation is a simple three-step procedure. Thereafter you may access your new camera anywhere in the world, as long as it is connected to a network. There is no need to know anything about public IP address, Dynamic DNS, Port mapping, Virtual server, UPnP support!
It is compatible with StarHUB's cable broadband and Singtel's MIO modem/router.
If you are reasonably NAS-savvy, you can configure the camera to stream its videos DIRECTLY into your favourite NAS! If not, you can use your PC (via a client software) to do the recording. Price stated here is valid for the period of August / October 2011.

The StarVedia cameras can be viewed remotely through mobile phones such as iPhone, Symbian and Andriod phones. iPhone software can be downloaded from iPhone's App Store.

the ID/Password of StarVedia network camera - wherever you are. You do not need to remember the IP address, domain name, DDNS name or port number. You also do not need to modify router settings such as port mapping, fixed IP, DDNS, virtual server and NAT settings. It’s just a plug & play camera that gives reasonable VGA (640x480) quality image at normal lighting condition. IC202w & IC502w are NOT suitable for dimly lighted areas.
